The message was communicated in footage released on Tuesday, Israeli media network Arutz Sheva reported, citing AFP.
The footage features an unidentified, masked militant surrounded by other militants inviting people to the ISIS’s self-proclaimed “caliphate”.
The footage surfaced against the backdrop of the January 7 attack on the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo’s offices in Paris, during which 12 people were killed.
The al-Qaeda militant group’s branch in Yemen has claimed responsibility for the attack.
The ISIS controls some parts of Iraq and Syria. The terrorists are engaged in crimes against humanity in areas under their control. They have terrorized and killed people of all communities, including Shias, Sunnis, Kurds, and Christians.
